05/26/13 - 05/27/13: RKD Sleep over & Happy Memorial Day!

Late posts :P Well anyways! Slept over at Rejeanne's house and Rejeanne and I picked up Dian and it was literally "yolo" cause I didn't drive, and I'm licensed, BUT, Rejeanne drove, she's licensed, but she's not of legal age to take passengers yet! Haha. I hate driving camry's for some reason, I just don't get along with them, but anywho, we drove to Dian's house to get her, went to Tapex to get food and Back home!

We ordered Chipotle Chicken Fries, 2 milk teas & 1 taro boba! ^__^ Yum!

Rejeanne's a weird demon child..... but anyways! We slept and the next morning we planned to go to the beach unexpectedly! So Dian and I went home and we all got ready and I got picked up by Dwayne, Rejeanne also got dropped off at my house then we went to Dian's house to get her since she didn't come with Dwayne to pick us up and Noelle came along also! But just to drop us off. Oh yeah, we also bought puffcorn before we went to Dian's and Jack in the box~

We got to Coronado Beach and set up and our set up wasn't as bad! Next time we're definitely bringing a tent or something LOL :3

The water was awesome and the waves were huge! Here are a few photos of the beach portion, well majority :) The weather sorta dimmed on us when we got there but it's okay, it's not like the beach was going anywhere! ^__^

Well after drawing Khristopher, KJFA, RKD, KAKE, in the sand, we packed up all our stuff and called it a day cause we were definitely not having it with the sand in the most uncomfortable places on our body where sand SHOULDN'T BE! Haha. 

Dwayne then picked us up, and man, I think I've grown a dislike for crossing the Coronado bridge because of how high it is and how I always think of the worst case scenario whenever we cross it BUT, of course we made it out alive! Haha. Dwayne dropped all of us and I took a shower and was so thankful for that shower! No more sand on me! And that was pretty much all of my day Sunday to Monday! Very late blog post and my computer has been acting up lately so my vlog for this day will be posted up super late. Probably the first week of July, nonetheless, Thanks for reading! :) Until Then!

05/23/13: VA Medical Center...

This is a late post, forgot to do this post before my downtown disney one but it's cool!

I went to the VA Medical Center, where my dad works, around 5-6pm! I was already crying in the car cause I knew I felt like I wouldn't be able to see my Uncle in a hospital bed but right when I saw my cousin I started balling more tears! The thought of him with cancer killed me a lot and knowing this time it was one of my close family members made it a lil worse. He surprisingly said my name and when he looked at me, he said "give her $150 for 3 years" hahaha! That seriously cracked me up, and he was still the funny uncle crackin' jokes even in a hospital bed. There were a few times where we got scared that he stopped breathing but he was okay.

The room got full so my cousin Dian and I went to the waiting room but mainly ran around the medical center being stupid and having fun in a sad atmosphere. It was awesome.

 After being stupid around the medical center, Monique, Dian, and I were seriously desperate for food or 

ahem, Starbucks, and after trying to persuade Dwayne, we finally got him to take us to Starbucks! We went into the wrong plaza for it so we went on the other side and found it!

1 Mocha cookie crumble, 1 Chai tea frapp with caramel, 1 White chocolate frapp with biscotti (Biscotti Frapp), and I totally forgot what Monique ordered but yup 4 drinks to go! It was my first time trying the Biscotti frapp and it was awesome ^__^ I thought it sucked how I had to buy a biscotti in order to make it a Biscotti frapp, this starbucks venue does not know secret menu drinks lol, shame! We then went back to chill and everyone left except my family and of course the Divino's. I went to go say good bye to my Uncle Jesse for the last time and prayed for the best. We left around 930ish pm and the next morning I actually got news that he passed away at 11pm .... 2 hours from when we left. It sucked, a lot and I couldn't help but cry. He was a true fighter that night though and his time had to come, but I'm glad God seriously blessed him with a day of all his loved ones to go see him while he was still alive :') I love you Uncle Jesse, please watch over your family and friends with the man above! I'll definitely be praying for Aunty Lou, Ate Jasmin, Natalia, and Donna! I love you Uncle Jesse Divino, Thank you for everything! <3

And that is how my day went on May 23rd..... Ah. God is good, and life is definitely precious so do all the daring things you want to do! Life is truly short and I rather live it memorable than regretful for things I wasn't able to experience. Again, I love you Uncle Jesse, and may you now rest in peace :')

05/24/13: Downtown Disney! ^.^

HELLO! My life certainly brightened up throughout the day yesterday by going to Anaheim with one of my bestfriends, Racquel, and her sister! We had to drive her sister up there to drop her off cause she's leaving for the bay for 10 days for a graduation or so, but anyways! Our day started off with me getting picked up by Racquel, going to her house, hearing her dad yell (yikes LOL), and by a random dog who is now named CHARLIE to the Martinez family, that walked into Racquels house because the garage and garage door was open.... so I guess it's their pet for now, but we'll see how long the doggy lasts living at the residence! Anywho, we took numerous pictures with it before we left and so we got ready to leave for Anaheim! Took us about 3 hours with good music, funny conversations (mostly talking about the dog), and some weird guys saying hi to us during LA traffic, they were surely creeps to us.... but anyways, we made it to Anaheim mainly for Downtown Disney and Rainforest Cafe WHICH, I have never ate at, that was my first time and since their cousin works there, they got 50% off! He actually ended up paying which, I thought was really sweet of him because I basically went to Anaheim & ate for FREE! It was awesome, totally thankful. I ordered "Rasta Pasta" and oh boy, it was so cheesy and yummy! I haven't had alredo pasta in so long and this pasta really hit the spot. It was 19.99 originally but since we got half off it would be like $9.50 or more than that! Man..... without the discount, Rainforest Cafe is HELLA expensive but I mean, I can understand why..... the food is made with love man! LOL, It was so delicious ugh, and then we ordered a VOLCANO! And they literally scream VOOOOLLCAAAANNOOOOOOO!!! on the way to your table with the "Volcano" you ordered! It's brownies shaped as a volcano with whip cream and ice cream in the center of it with a confetti sparkler in the middle! This dessert was seriously wayyy to sweet for my sweet tooth, I felt like I was getting diabetes lol. After eating, we explored downtown disney for a bit, I never knew downtown disney had all these stores (where the items are probably way more expensive of course at a disney venue than at a mall), mini performances and concerts, and more. I wish the characters visited downtown disney... that seriously would've made my day even BETTER but it's okay! We visited numerous stores and I really regret not buying a keychain or a souvenir! I wish I did but I'll give Racquel money to buy me something during her gradnite ^_^ hehe. I seriously was so in love with how many cheshire cats I saw, very few alice faces but it still made me giddy cause Alice is my idol, most def. I took pictures of a bunch of cool stuff that caught my eye as a souvenir to my phone since I didn't buy anything, and after we went to the bathroom we headed to her sister's friends house to drop her sister off, and then it was just us 2 thinking of where to go. I really wanted to visit my LA cousins but Anaheim and LA are different places and we didn't want to go home too late, and we were about to go to Guppys but we thought next time on a more prepared LA trip :) We drove home bumpin' 'slaps' and laughing and acting stupid until we got home! Gahhh it felt good to be home. After I got home I just changed right into my pajamas and fell asleep! It was such a tiring day but it was worth it. I can't wait to go up north again! :) Well, here's the pictures to my day and I hope you guys enjoy that as well! Until then!
